What is the delivery time of your products?

We will always try to send your package within 3 days, the delivery time depends on the country to which it is sent.

How do you arrange shipping?

The order will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. The shipping costs are calculated during checkout. As a customer you are responsible for entering the correct address.

Do you also accept orders outside Europe?

We currently only ship within Europe. The shipping costs depend on the country and are calculated during checkout.

What is your warranty and return policy?

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

Shutter Island also offers a one-roll warranty on all cameras. Sometimes even the best cameras can have issues that are too small to see. If your first developed roll of film does not work out, please contact us and we will be happy to help you solve the problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shutterisland020@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we will send by email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, it may take longer for your goods to be shipped.

Have the products you sell been tested?

We have tested all the functionalities of the cameras we sell. All cameras have been thoroughly cleaned.

We have given each camera a condition status based on their condition; ''as new'', ''good'' and ''fair''. These can be found on the product pages.

In addition, any damage is always shown in the photos.

We understand that choosing a good analog camera can be a bit overwhelming, especially if it's your first camera. If you can't figure it out, feel free to ask us for help, and together we will find the perfect camera for you. You can send us a message from the contact page

Do you accept different payment methods?

Yes, we accept multiple types of payments, such as iDeal and Paypall. All payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Every now and then we will give away discount codes for the cameras. Check our socials to stay informed about this.
