We will always try to send your package within 3 days, the delivery time depends on the country to which it is sent.

The order will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. As a customer, you are responsible for entering the correct address.

We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shutter Island also offers a one roll film guarantee on all cameras. Sometimes even the best cameras can have problems that are too small to see. If your first developed roll of film doesn't work out, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting them will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, it may take longer for your goods to be shipped.
